All services performed by our nurses (i.e. injectables, threads, lasers, and skin resurfacing treatments) will have a $150 cancellation fee and a $400 no-show fee.
For facials and other skincare services performed by our master aesthetician, the cancellation fee will be 10% of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 25% of the service.
If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until that is completed.
Please keep in mind that a deposit is required for every service booked and varies by service. This goes towards your service and is refundable only if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
Otherwise, it’s non-refundable and will remain in your customer account until you return for a future appointment.
